Question 1

How much does the Epic AI phone agent cost?

Accepted Answer

The AI Voice Agent is $499 per month with no setup fee. We build the agent on your real services, hours, and booking flow, and it goes live in 7 days. No annual contract, cancel the monthly anytime.

Question 2

Does the AI phone agent sound robotic?

Accepted Answer

No. Call (719) 431-8206 right now and hear the live agent answer a real business line. You hear the exact voice before you buy anything.

Question 3

What happens to my existing phone number?

Accepted Answer

You keep it. The agent answers your current number, so nothing changes for your customers. No porting, no new number to advertise.

Question 4

How is the Epic AI agent different from an answering service?

Accepted Answer

A generic answering service takes a message. The Epic AI agent answers in your brand voice, knows your services and hours, books the appointment, texts the caller a recap, and emails your team the lead.

Question 5

How fast can it go live, and do I own the work?

Accepted Answer

Live in 7 days from a signed intake. You own everything Epic AI builds: the code ships to your GitHub, and the work stays yours if you cancel.

Question 6

What else does Epic AI build?

Accepted Answer

Custom software: Next.js web apps, iOS and Android apps, admin dashboards, Stripe payment flows, and booking integrations with Ventrata, Guesty, and Toast POS. Every product is operator-tested in Epic AI's own restaurants and adventure businesses.
