Canon City's annual Fourth of July fireworks show needs about $25,000 each year to put on. The previous approach—passing around donation jars and hoping for the best—wasn't cutting it. They needed a proper fundraising platform that could accept donations online, recognize sponsors, and show the community their progress toward the goal.
We built a community fundraising site centered around transparency and engagement. The homepage features a live donation progress bar showing how close they are to the $25k goal. Visitors can donate directly, view sponsorship tiers, and see who's already contributed. We also embedded their Facebook feed to keep the community updated with photos, videos, and announcements.
Real-time visual showing progress toward the $25,000 goal—motivates more donations.
One-click donation with suggested amounts. Accept cards, PayPal, and more.
Bronze to Platinum levels with logo placement and recognition benefits.
Embedded feed keeps visitors updated with photos, videos, and announcements.
The site gives Canon Fireworks a professional online presence for fundraising year-round. The progress bar creates urgency and transparency—donors can see exactly how close the community is to making the show happen. Local businesses can easily become sponsors, and the Facebook integration keeps the community engaged between fireworks seasons.
