Royal Gorge Ranch & Resort is an 800-acre gated residential community in Colorado's Royal Gorge region. They needed a marketing site that could showcase eco-villa lots, community activities, and the lifestyle — while tracking 54 referral sources and converting visitors into property inquiries.

Our Solution

We built a 90-page Next.js 16 platform with interactive lot maps, eco-villa showcases, a community activities section, 9 blog posts, and 54 referral landing pages with source-specific hero taglines. The site includes a weather widget, newsletter signup, contact forms, cookie consent, and full SEO with JSON-LD schemas.
