How does my referral link work?
When you log in to epicai.ai, your referral link appears in your account dashboard. It has a unique code tied to you. Anyone who books a discovery call through that link is attributed to your referral automatically.
What if my referral does not sign up?
No credit is issued. The reward is tied to them completing their first paid month. There is no penalty on your account and no limit to how many referrals you can send.
Can I refer more than one business?
Yes. Each confirmed referral that completes a paid month earns you a separate $499 credit. Credits stack and apply in order.
I referred someone but did not use my link. Can I still get credit?
Yes. Have them mention your name on the intake form or contact us at ceo@epicai.ai within 7 days of their call. We will match it manually.
For partners: when does commission pay?
Commission is paid monthly via Stripe or direct deposit on the 1st of each following month. You receive a summary of active referred clients and the commission earned.
Is there a minimum to get paid as a partner?
No minimum. One active referral earns one commission payment.
